Auction result misses estimated price range
In September 2011 a collector was able to acquire the work Untitled (Diary) by Ulrich Meister for USD 63.00 (€ 46.84). This price was achieved in the auction Under the Influence at Phillips in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 3,000.00 – 4,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ulrich Meister achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work „Magnum-Eis“. in February 2016 with an auction result of EUR 2,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im September 2011 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Untitled (Diary) von Ulrich Meister für USD 63,00 (€ 46,84) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Under the Influence bei Phillips in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 3.000,00 – 4.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ulrich Meister erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit „Magnum-Eis“. im Februar 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 2.750,00.
