Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 1,292.50 (€ 2,111.77) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by Ula Paine have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Flowers By The River in November 2006 with an auction result of GBP 8,400.00 (€ 12,474.26).
