Auction result misses estimated price range
In December last year a collector was able to acquire the work Marcel Duchamp, New York by Ugo Mulas for EUR 4,410.00. This price was achieved in the auction Un Folle Amore: The Agrati Collection at Christies in Milan and was even below the estimate range of EUR 6,000.00 – 8,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ugo Mulas - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work L'attesa, which sold at auction in November 2008 for EUR 16,900.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember letzten Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Marcel Duchamp, New York von Ugo Mulas für EUR 4.410,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Un Folle Amore: The Agrati Collection bei Christies in Mailand erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Ugo Mulas mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit L'attesa beobachtet, die im November 2008 für EUR 16.900,00 versteigert wurde.
