This artwork by Tullio Crali achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in London in April last year. In the Impressionist & Modern Art auction, the work Illusione aerea sold for GBP 98,580.00 (€ 117,553.17) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 55,000.00. This high result makes Illusione aerea the most expensive artwork by Tullio Crali that we have observed at auctions so far.
