In April 2021 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Contemporary Art & Design, which included the work "Skulptur eller flykt från en plats" by Truls Melin. The result of SEK 25,000.00 (€ 2,458.44) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 25,000.00 – 30,000.00. Admittedly, works by Truls Melin have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Drunknade sjömän", 5 st. in May 2010 with an auction result of SEK 95,000.00 (€ 9,854.07).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im April 2021 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Contemporary Art & Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Skulptur eller flykt från en plats" von Truls Melin zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 25.000,00 (€ 2.458,44) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 25.000,00 – 30.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Truls Melin auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Drunknade sjömän", 5 st. im Mai 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 95.000,00 (€ 9.854,07).
