Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Poupée endormie by Toshio Bando was auctioned at Sothebys in Paris in March 2021. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 2,016.00. Admittedly, works by Toshio Bando have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Autoportrait à la cigarette in June last year with an auction result of EUR 11,340.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Poupée endormie von Toshio Bando kam im März 2021 bei Sothebys in Paris zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 2.016,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Toshio Bando auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Autoportrait à la cigarette im Juni letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 11.340,00.
