The work Eiku - 1979 by Toshimitsu Imai was sold in the Post-War & Contemporary - Day Sale auction at Artcurial in Paris in December 2021. It achieved a price of EUR 16,250.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 35 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Toshimitsu Imai achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Temps Modernes in April 2016 with an auction result of HKD 3,680,000.00 (€ 414,607.11).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 35 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Eiku - 1979 von Toshimitsu Imai wurde im Dezember 2021 in der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary - Day Sale bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 16.250,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 35 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Toshimitsu Imai erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Temps Modernes im April 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.680.000,00 (€ 414.607,11).
