Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tony Berlant auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Letter im Juni 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 32.900,00 (€ 34.468,31).
