This artwork by Tomory Dodge achieved an unexpectedly high price at Phillips in New York in February 2018. In the New Now auction, the work Cascade Bravo sold for USD 68,750.00 (€ 56,301.70) - well above the upper estimate of USD 30,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Tomory Dodge; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Cotton Mouth sold at auction in November 2016 with the realized price of USD 87,500.00 (€ 82,718.85).
