It achieved a price of GBP 4,032.00 (€ 4,650.15), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 34%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gokita Tomoo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Be Just Like Family in May 2019 with an auction result of USD 1,076,000.00 (€ 965,108.98).

Die Arbeit Cherry Blossom Viewing Platorm von Gokita Tomoo kam im Februar 2021 bei Phillips in einer Online-Auktion zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 4.032,00 (€ 4.650,15) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 34%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gokita Tomoo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Be Just Like Family im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.076.000,00 (€ 965.108,98).
