Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of GBP 776.75 (€ 1,117.96) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 600.00 – 800.00. Admittedly, works by Tom Coates have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Street Scene, Florence in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 3,360.00 (€ 4,986.07).
