Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2009 Sothebys in Melbourne held the auction Important Australian Art, which included the work Australian The Reservoir by Tim Storrier. The »bidding war« ended at AUD 96,000.00 (€ 58,538.62), 20% above the upper estimate. Other works by Tim Storrier have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 56,500.00 (€ 65,837.19) in June 2021 for the work The Night Winds (Capricorn), 2010.

Im November 2009 führte Sothebys in Melbourne die Auktion Important Australian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Australian The Reservoir von Tim Storrier zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von AUD 96.000,00 (€ 58.538,62) und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Tim Storrier haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 56.500,00 (€ 65.837,19) im Juni 2021 für die Arbeit The Night Winds (Capricorn), 2010 beobachtet.
