Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Till Freiwald was sold in the Under the Influence auction at Phillips in New York in March 2011. The price achieved of USD 6,250.00 (€ 4,406.68) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Till Freiwald have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Lotta in June 2013 with an auction result of EUR 26,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Till Freiwald wurde im März 2011 in der Auktion Under the Influence bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 6.250,00 (€ 4.406,68) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Till Freiwald auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Lotta im Juni 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 26.250,00.
