Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Over the Way by Therese Lessore was auctioned at Bonhams in London in September this year. It achieved a price of GBP 1,792.00 (€ 1,792.00), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 19%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Therese Lessore - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Orchestra, which sold at auction in March 2017 for GBP 5,000.00 (€ 5,859.51).
