Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Vondelpark (Amsterdam) by Theo Kurpershoek was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in June 2001. The price achieved of NLG 11,750.00 (€ 5,647.60) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as NLG 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Theo Kurpershoek - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Bonjour Mme K., which sold at auction in March 2000 for NLG 29,255.00 (€ 12,445.75).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von NLG 11.750,00 (€ 5.647,60) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit NLG 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden.
