Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2016 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction FIRST OPEN | Hong Kong, which included this untitled work by Tetsuya Ishida. It changed hands for a price of HKD 24,400.00 (€ 2,761.33) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 18,000.00 – 25,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tetsuya Ishida achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Men On A Belt Conveyor in July last year with an auction result of HKD 8,064,000.00 (€ 1,006,221.53).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März 2016 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion FIRST OPEN | Hong Kong durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Tetsuya Ishida zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 24.400,00 (€ 2.761,33) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 18.000,00 – 25.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tetsuya Ishida erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Men On A Belt Conveyor im Juli letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 8.064.000,00 (€ 1.006.221,53).
