Auction result well in line with expectations
The work On the canal, Venice by Terrick Williams was auctioned at Bonhams in London in November 2020. The price achieved of GBP 1,275.00 (€ 1,423.33) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Terrick Williams achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A street corner, Cassis, near Marseille in November 2017 with an auction result of GBP 35,000.00 (€ 39,730.21).
