Auction result well in line with expectations
In November last year Bonhams in London held the auction British and European Art, which included the work 'The entrance to the market, St Tropez' by Terrick Williams. It changed hands for a price of GBP 1,912.50 (€ 2,216.15) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Terrick Williams achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A street corner, Cassis, near Marseille in November 2017 with an auction result of GBP 35,000.00 (€ 39,730.21).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November letzten Jahres führte Bonhams in London die Auktion British and European Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit 'The entrance to the market, St Tropez' von Terrick Williams zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 1.912,50 (€ 2.216,15) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Terrick Williams erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A street corner, Cassis, near Marseille im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 35.000,00 (€ 39.730,21).
