Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Dawn Light by Tchan Fou-Li was sold in the 20th Century Chinese Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2012. The price achieved of HKD 31,250.00 (€ 3,044.92) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. Other works by Tchan Fou-Li have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2012 the work Des Voeux Road West was auctioned for HKD 47,500.00 (€ 4,728.74).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Dawn Light von Tchan Fou-Li wurde im April 2012 in der Auktion 20th Century Chinese Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 31.250,00 (€ 3.044,92) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 25.000,00 – 35.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Tchan Fou-Li konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2012 die Arbeit Des Voeux Road West für HKD 47.500,00 (€ 4.728,74) versteigert.
