Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2015 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale), which included the work At the Market by Tay Chee Toh. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 62,500.00 (€ 7,333.55). Other works by Tay Chee Toh have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 87,500.00 (€ 10,686.90) in November 2015 for the work Girl In Hammock.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2015 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale) durch, in der auch die Arbeit At the Market von Tay Chee Toh zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 60.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 62.500,00 (€ 7.333,55) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Tay Chee Toh haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 87.500,00 (€ 10.686,90) im November 2015 für die Arbeit Girl In Hammock beobachtet.
