In May 2017 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale), which included the work CHANGING TIME WITH CHANGING SELF NO. 22 by Tatsuo Miyajima. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 100,000.00 (€ 11,418.65), 43% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tatsuo Miyajima achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work T.L. SAKURA in November 2010 with an auction result of HKD 2,900,000.00 (€ 286,529.61).
