Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (Figures in a landscape) by Tassaduq Sohail was sold in the Modern and Contemporary South Asian Art auction at Bonhams in London in May last year. The price achieved of GBP 1,275.00 (€ 1,499.92) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Tassaduq Sohail - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Each Page., which sold at auction in June 2019 for GBP 3,812.00 (€ 4,285.25).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Untitled (Figures in a landscape) von Tassaduq Sohail wurde im Mai letzten Jahres in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary South Asian Art bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.275,00 (€ 1.499,92) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden.
