Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

Here, the upper estimate of USD 20,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 22,500.00 (€ 17,086.88). Other works by Tagreed Darghouth have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 32,500.00 (€ 24,567.24) in April 2012 for the work Yellow Sun II (from the Rainbow of Death series).
