Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Composition by Sven Jonson was sold in the Modern Art + Design auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in May this year. It changed hands for a price of SEK 38,000.00 (€ 3,274.26) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of SEK 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sven Jonson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Vit urna/No.8" in November 2020 with an auction result of SEK 1,100,000.00 (€ 107,532.64).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Composition von Sven Jonson wurde im Mai diesen Jahres in der Auktion Modern Art + Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von SEK 38.000,00 (€ 3.274,26) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 30.000,00 – 40.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sven Jonson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Vit urna/No.8" im November 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 1.100.000,00 (€ 107.532,64).
