Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Encounter At Morning by Sven Berlin was auctioned at Christies in London in November 2006. The price achieved of GBP 960.00 (€ 1,425.63) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sven Berlin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Teenagers in November 2016 with an auction result of GBP 20,000.00 (€ 23,598.03).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Encounter At Morning von Sven Berlin kam im November 2006 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 960,00 (€ 1.425,63) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sven Berlin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Teenagers im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 20.000,00 (€ 23.598,03).
