It achieved a price of USD 1,020.00 (€ 974.31), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 46%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Susan Rothenberg achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Diagonal in May 2007 with an auction result of USD 1,496,000.00 (€ 1,112,019.62).

Die Arbeit Mezzo Fist #2 von Susan Rothenberg kam im Juni letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in Los Angeles zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 1.020,00 (€ 974,31) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 46%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Susan Rothenberg erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Diagonal im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.496.000,00 (€ 1.112.019,62).
