Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Pathway by Su Xiaobai was auctioned at POLY in Hong Kong in April 2017. The price achieved of HKD 708,000.00 (€ 83,569.34) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 600,000.00 – 800,000.00. Admittedly, works by Su Xiaobai have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Great Consummation-3 in October 2014 with an auction result of HKD 4,600,000.00 (€ 473,583.40).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Pathway von Su Xiaobai kam im April 2017 bei POLY in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 708.000,00 (€ 83.569,34) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 600.000,00 – 800.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Su Xiaobai auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Great Consummation-3 im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 4.600.000,00 (€ 473.583,40).
