Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Water-Like Blue Sky by Su Chung-Ming was sold in the Chinese Contemporary Ink auction at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2017. It changed hands for a price of HKD 112,500.00 (€ 12,112.33) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Other works by Su Chung-Ming have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May this year the work Autumn Waterfall was auctioned for HKD 138,600.00 (€ 16,612.75).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Water-Like Blue Sky von Su Chung-Ming wurde im November 2017 in der Auktion Chinese Contemporary Ink bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 112.500,00 (€ 12.112,33) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 80.000,00 – 120.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Su Chung-Ming konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai diesen Jahres die Arbeit Autumn Waterfall für HKD 138.600,00 (€ 16.612,75) versteigert.
