In December 2020 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Modern and Contemporary Ink Paintings, which included the work Pines in Misty Mount Huang by Su Chung-Ming. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 93,750.00 (€ 9,888.59), 17% above the upper estimate. Other works by Su Chung-Ming have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 138,600.00 (€ 16,612.75) in May this year for the work Autumn Waterfall.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Dezember 2020 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Modern and Contemporary Ink Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Pines in Misty Mount Huang von Su Chung-Ming zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 93.750,00 (€ 9.888,59) und damit 17% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Su Chung-Ming haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 138.600,00 (€ 16.612,75) im Mai diesen Jahres für die Arbeit Autumn Waterfall beobachtet.
