The work A Wonderful View Around Lake by Su Chung-Ming was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2021. It achieved a price of HKD 137,500.00 (€ 14,534.81), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 72%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Su Chung-Ming; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Autumn Waterfall sold at auction in May this year with the realized price of HKD 138,600.00 (€ 16,612.75).

Die Arbeit A Wonderful View Around Lake von Su Chung-Ming kam im Mai 2021 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 137.500,00 (€ 14.534,81) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 72%. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Su Chung-Ming; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Autumn Waterfall im Mai diesen Jahres mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 138.600,00 (€ 16.612,75).
