The »bidding war« ended at GBP 4,462.50 (€ 5,239.39), 28% above the upper estimate. Other works by Stephen Mangan have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 6,875.00 (€ 8,764.65) in April 2008 for the work Green Flag.
