Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work The Flood by Stephen Bone was sold in the 20th Century British and Irish Art auction at Sothebys in Olympia in November 2006. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 960.00 (€ 1,425.63), 20% above the upper estimate. Other works by Stephen Bone have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 1,673.00 (€ 2,367.76) in December 2004 for the work Snow in Knightsbridge.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit The Flood von Stephen Bone wurde im November 2006 in der Auktion 20th Century British and Irish Art bei Sothebys in Olympia versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 960,00 (€ 1.425,63) und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Stephen Bone haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.673,00 (€ 2.367,76) im Dezember 2004 für die Arbeit Snow in Knightsbridge beobachtet.
