Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2015 a collector was able to acquire the work Paris - Seine Rive Gauche - Tolbiac Paris 13' by Stéphane Couturier for EUR 5,625.00. This price was achieved in the auction Photographies at Sothebys in Paris and was even below the estimate range of EUR 6,000.00 – 8,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Stéphane Couturier have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Grand Palais, Paris 8 in May 2011 with an auction result of GBP 27,500.00 (€ 31,446.33).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2015 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Paris - Seine Rive Gauche - Tolbiac Paris 13' von Stéphane Couturier für EUR 5.625,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Photographies bei Sothebys in Paris erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Stéphane Couturier auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Grand Palais, Paris 8 im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 27.500,00 (€ 31.446,33).
