Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Grand Palais - Paris 8' by Stéphane Couturier was auctioned at Sothebys in Paris in November 2015. The price achieved of EUR 15,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Stéphane Couturier - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Grand Palais, Paris 8, which sold at auction in May 2011 for GBP 27,500.00 (€ 31,446.33).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Grand Palais - Paris 8' von Stéphane Couturier kam im November 2015 bei Sothebys in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 15.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Stéphane Couturier mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Grand Palais, Paris 8 beobachtet, die im Mai 2011 für GBP 27.500,00 (€ 31.446,33) versteigert wurde.
