Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2021 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Figure and Form: Modern Art Featuring Bridging Generations, Property from an Important Southeast Asian Private Museum, which included the work Dinamika Legong by Srihadi Soedarsono. The price achieved of HKD 630,000.00 (€ 70,049.61) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 500,000.00 – 1,000,000.00. Admittedly, works by Srihadi Soedarsono have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Dalam Meditasi Bedhoyo Ketawang (State Of Meditation - Bedhoyo Ketawang) in July 2020 with an auction result of HKD 3,500,000.00 (€ 383,472.06).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2021 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Figure and Form: Modern Art Featuring Bridging Generations, Property from an Important Southeast Asian Private Museum durch, in der auch die Arbeit Dinamika Legong von Srihadi Soedarsono zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 630.000,00 (€ 70.049,61) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 500.000,00 – 1.000.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Srihadi Soedarsono auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Dalam Meditasi Bedhoyo Ketawang (State Of Meditation - Bedhoyo Ketawang) im Juli 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.500.000,00 (€ 383.472,06).
