Auction result well in line with expectations
The work "Perroquet #12", 2008 by Sølve Sundsbø was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in May 2013. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of SEK 25,000.00 – 30,000.00, the actual price achieved of SEK 26,000.00 (€ 3,022.79) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Sølve Sundsbø have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Close in May 2016 with an auction result of GBP 20,000.00 (€ 26,097.89).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit "Perroquet #12", 2008 von Sølve Sundsbø kam im Mai 2013 bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 25.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von SEK 26.000,00 (€ 3.022,79) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Sølve Sundsbø auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Close im Mai 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 20.000,00 (€ 26.097,89).
