Auction result well in line with expectations
In September 2007 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Pictures Watercolours and Drawings, which included the work A thirsty moment by Sipke Kool. The price achieved of EUR 2,500.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Other works by Sipke Kool have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in February 2008 the work Pouring tea was auctioned for EUR 2,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September 2007 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Pictures Watercolours and Drawings durch, in der auch die Arbeit A thirsty moment von Sipke Kool zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.500,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Sipke Kool konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Februar 2008 die Arbeit Pouring tea für EUR 2.750,00 versteigert.
