Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Portrait D'Halina by Simon Mondzain was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in March 2010. The price achieved of EUR 1,275.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Simon Mondzain achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work L'offrande in March 2021 with an auction result of GBP 60,250.00 (€ 70,778.23).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Portrait D'Halina von Simon Mondzain kam im März 2010 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.275,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Simon Mondzain erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit L'offrande im März 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 60.250,00 (€ 70.778,23).
