Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2021 Bonhams in London held the auction Modern British and Irish Art, which included the work Portrait of Dorothy reclining by Simon-Albert Bussy. The price achieved of GBP 21,500.00 (€ 25,053.09) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 18,000.00 – 25,000.00. Other works by Simon-Albert Bussy have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March 2021 the work Deux perroquets was auctioned for EUR 37,800.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2021 führte Bonhams in London die Auktion Modern British and Irish Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Portrait of Dorothy reclining von Simon-Albert Bussy zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 21.500,00 (€ 25.053,09) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 18.000,00 – 25.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Simon-Albert Bussy konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im März 2021 die Arbeit Deux perroquets für EUR 37.800,00 versteigert.
