Auction result well in line with expectations
In September 2020 Christies in Zurich (Online) held the auction Swiss Art Online Sale, which included this untitled work by Silvio Mattioli. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of CHF 2,000.00 – 3,000.00, the actual price achieved of CHF 2,125.00 (€ 1,973.58) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Silvio Mattioli have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Feu Sacré. 2008. in June 2019 with an auction result of CHF 10,625.00 (€ 9,634.99).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September 2020 führte Christies in Zürich (Online) die Auktion Swiss Art Online Sale durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Silvio Mattioli zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von CHF 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von CHF 2.125,00 (€ 1.973,58) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Silvio Mattioli auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Feu Sacré. 2008. im Juni 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 10.625,00 (€ 9.634,99).
