Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2010 a collector was able to acquire the work After the storm by Sidney Yates Johnson for GBP 500.00 (€ 580.00). This price was achieved in the auction Christie's Interiors at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 600.00 – 800.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Sidney Yates Johnson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Mountainous river landscapes, which sold at auction in May 2004 for GBP 1,015.75 (€ 1,524.00).

Im Dezember 2010 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit After the storm von Sidney Yates Johnson für GBP 500,00 (€ 580,00) erwerben.
