Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Poinsettia/Guandu Plain (Double-Sided) (Painted In 1975) by Shiy De-Jinn was auctioned at China Guardian in October 2021. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 320,000.00 – 650,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 384,000.00 (€ 42,714.68) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Shiy De-Jinn achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Young Girl in October 2016 with an auction result of HKD 5,480,000.00 (€ 644,882.32).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Poinsettia/Guandu Plain (Double-Sided) (Painted In 1975) von Shiy De-Jinn kam im Oktober 2021 bei China Guardian zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 320.000,00 – 650.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 384.000,00 (€ 42.714,68) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Shiy De-Jinn erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Young Girl im Oktober 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 5.480.000,00 (€ 644.882,32).
