Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Abstraction (Painted In 1962) by Shiy De-Jinn was auctioned at China Guardian in Hong Kong in April 2021. The price achieved of HKD 1,416,000.00 (€ 151,604.99) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 1,200,000.00 – 1,800,000.00. Admittedly, works by Shiy De-Jinn have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Young Girl in October 2016 with an auction result of HKD 5,480,000.00 (€ 644,882.32).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Abstraction (Painted In 1962) von Shiy De-Jinn kam im April 2021 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 1.416.000,00 (€ 151.604,99) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 1.200.000,00 – 1.800.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Shiy De-Jinn auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Young Girl im Oktober 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 5.480.000,00 (€ 644.882,32).
