Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2019 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Urban & Pop Contemporary, which included the work Sans Titre - 2003 by Shintaro Miyake. The price achieved of EUR 910.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 800.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Shintaro Miyake achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Path to Egypt in November 2011 with an auction result of HKD 412,500.00 (€ 39,462.39).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2019 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Urban & Pop Contemporary durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sans Titre - 2003 von Shintaro Miyake zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 910,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Shintaro Miyake erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Path to Egypt im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 412.500,00 (€ 39.462,39).
