A top price for Shen Qin - as previously expected
The work Landscape in Song Style by Shen Qin was sold in the Chinese Contemporary Ink auction at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2016. The price achieved of HKD 400,000.00 (€ 48,742.67) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 320,000.00 – 450,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Landscape in Song Style is the most expensive artwork by Shen Qin that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Landscape in Song Style von Shen Qin wurde im November 2016 in der Auktion Chinese Contemporary Ink bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert.
