The work Courtyard by Shen Qin was auctioned at Christies in Shanghai in October 2016. The auction ended at the price of CNY 180,000.00 (€ 24,236.45), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of CNY 150,000.00 – 180,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Shen Qin - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Landscape in Song Style, which sold at auction in November 2016 for HKD 400,000.00 (€ 48,742.67).

Die Arbeit Courtyard von Shen Qin kam im Oktober 2016 bei Christies in Shanghai zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von CNY 180.000,00 (€ 24.236,45) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von CNY 150.000,00 – 180.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Shen Qin mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Landscape in Song Style beobachtet, die im November 2016 für HKD 400.000,00 (€ 48.742,67) versteigert wurde.
