In the American Art auction, the work Flowers And Fruit sold for USD 35,000.00 (€ 28,409.09) - well above the upper estimate of USD 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Severin Roesen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Still Life With Fruit In A Landscape in May 2008 with an auction result of USD 769,000.00 (€ 494,215.94).
