It achieved a price of USD 22,500.00 (€ 19,280.21), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Sergio Hernández - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Apocalipsis, which sold at auction in May 2010 for USD 62,500.00 (€ 50,529.55).
