Sold at the upper estimate price
This work without title by Sergio Fermariello was sold in the Open House auction at Christies in New York in July 2012. The auction ended at the price of USD 5,000.00 (€ 4,060.09), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Sergio Fermariello - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Senza Titolo No.1, which sold at auction in November 2020 for EUR 12,600.00.

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Sergio Fermariello wurde im Juli 2012 in der Auktion Open House bei Christies in New York versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 5.000,00 (€ 4.060,09) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Sergio Fermariello mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Senza Titolo No.1 beobachtet, die im November 2020 für EUR 12.600,00 versteigert wurde.
