Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2016 Sothebys in London held the auction Including the Bar-Gera Collection of Soviet Non-Conformist Art, which included the work In Front Of The Miracle-Working Icon by Sergei Arsenievich Vinogradov. The price achieved of GBP 62,500.00 (€ 73,743.86) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Admittedly, works by Sergei Arsenievich Vinogradov have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work View Of The Pechera Monastery in November 2007 with an auction result of GBP 513,300.00 (€ 718,752.80).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2016 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Including the Bar-Gera Collection of Soviet Non-Conformist Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit In Front Of The Miracle-Working Icon von Sergei Arsenievich Vinogradov zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 62.500,00 (€ 73.743,86) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Sergei Arsenievich Vinogradov auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit View Of The Pechera Monastery im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 513.300,00 (€ 718.752,80).
